If you want to exchange an item to a different size or colour, you can follow the instructions below:
1. Return the item in question to us.
2. Place a new order at the same time to receive the desired item in the correct size or colour.
3. if you originally purchased the item with a discount, we will grant you the same discount in your exchange order if you leave the comment "Exchange to order 123456789" in the shopping basket. In this way, we will adjust the price in your new order accordingly.
4. We will subsequently refund you the difference via the payment method you originally selected.
Please note that an item can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colour. Exchanges for other items are not possible.
