To send your order back to Horze, you need to register your return online.
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Open your order overview and select the order you wish to return.
3. Register the items you would like to send back.
4. After registering, you will receive your return label via email.
- Once you have received this email, your return label will also be available for download anytime in your order overview.
5. Pack your items securely and attach the return label to your parcel.
Once your return has been registered, you will also receive further information via mail on how to prepare and send your package correctly.
Remember to get a receipt with the shipment when you hand in the parcel at the post office. To be on the safe side, keep it until your return has been fully processed.
Horze will process your return within 1-2 weeks once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse. As soon as the processing is complete, we will inform you in a separate email.
