To send your order back to Horze, you need to register your return online.
Return with customer account:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on my orders --> "Further Details"
3. Click on "Return item" at the bottom of the page.
4. Choose the item you want to return and follow the instructions.
Return without customer account:
If you have ordered as a guest, you can register your return online using the order number and your e-mail address.
After you have registered your return, you will receive further information on how to return the parcel correctly.
Remember to get a receipt with the shipment when you hand in the parcel at the post office. To be on the safe side, keep it until your return has been fully processed.
Horze will process your return within 1-2 weeks once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse. As soon as the processing is complete, we will inform you in a separate email.
