We want to send your order to you as quickly as possible. We have therefore optimised our ordering and delivery process so that in most cases the address cannot be changed afterwards.
If you notice that the delivery address is incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will be happy to check whether it is still possible to change your address.
You can store different delivery and billing addresses in your account. You can find more information on this topic in the "Your customer account" section. When paying via Quick Check-Out, the address in the respective payment provider is used automatically and independently of the addresses stored in the customer account.
Please note that if you have selected invoice as your payment method, we can no longer change the address after the order has been completed.
