Delivery in multiple parcels & Cancelled products
Sometimes all the items do not fit into the same parcel. Please check your emails and account to see if any of your items will be arriving in a separate parcel.
The item(s) you ordered may have been out of stock. If we have to cancel an item for this reason, we will send and email to inform about this, as well as mark the item status on your account. Your refund will also be processed automatically.
Missing part of a product
Sometimes a product might consist of multiple parts. If you miss a part of your product, please contact customerservice.
