Basically, our aim is to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you want to change or cancel your order, this is still possible up to a certain point in our automatic process.
The best way to do this is to contact our customer service team as early as possible using our contact form. Please select "Change order" as your request. We will then be happy to deal with your enquiry individually. Please note that changes are made manually by a member of staff during our opening hours and are not automatic.
