If your order is marked as delivered, but you did not yet receive your parcel, a few things may have occurred:
- A neighbor, friend or family member may have accepted the package for you.
- The delivery person put your package somewhere discreet to make sure no one steals it, for example behind some garden furniture, under a bush or similar.
- Please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
- Do the tracking details refer to a return as well? In that case the parcel might be on the way back to our warehouse and you will be refunded as soon as we process your parcel. This might happen if the carrier for some reason has not been able to deliver your parcel.
