Orders via Amazon are dispatched either via Horze or via Amazon. Depending on who the sender is, the procedure for returns differs as follows:
1. Shipping via Horze
Horze provides you with a returns label with which you can send back your return. If there is no label in your parcel, please contact our Customer Service. As the return will be sent back to Horze, the return label that Amazon may provide is not suitable.
2. Shipping via Amazon
If the sender of the goods is Amazon, please send your goods back to Amazon. Please use the return label that you can find on Amazon.
